MIKROE-6855

MIKROE-6855 is a RTC 25 Click compact add-on board that provides accurate timekeeping (real-time tracking for calendar and clock functions). It is based on the PCF2131, a nano-power real-time clock from NXP with an integrated temperature-compensated 32.768kHz quartz crystal. This board offers high-resolution time measurement down to 1/100 second, leap-year correction, a programmable square-wave output from 32.768kHz to 1Hz, a flexible timestamp system with four event inputs, dual selectable interrupt outputs, SPI or I2C communication support, a programmable watchdog timer, and a configurable alarm function. Designed for applications requiring accurate timing, this Click board is ideal for electronic metering, GPS systems, industrial automation, precise process timing, and devices with long unattended operation. RTC 25 Click is fully compatible with the mikroBUS™ socket and can be used on any host system supporting the mikroBUS™ standard.
