STEVAL-DPSLLCK1

The STEVAL-DPSLLCK1 is a high-performance 3 kW digitally controlled AC-DC power supply kit, engineered for industrial, telecom, and server applications. Featuring a full-bridge LLC resonant converter with bridgeless PFC, the kit delivers a stable 48 V output at up to 62.5 A from a 375–425 V DC input, achieving peak efficiency of 95%. Its compact, lab-ready platform combines a power board, digital control board, adapter board, and firmware modules for flexible evaluation and rapid prototyping.

The primary full-bridge section uses MDmesh DM2 power MOSFETs, while STripFET F7 devices on the secondary implement adaptive synchronous rectification (SR) to minimize conduction losses. The converter operates near resonant frequencies with Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) across its range, and the HF transformer provides galvanic isolation and integrates inductive elements for a compact, high-efficiency design.

Digital control is handled by an STM32F334 MCU, offering high-resolution timers for precise voltage regulation, status monitoring, and communication via USART, CAN, SMBus, and opto-isolated interfaces. Both primary and secondary circuits are powered by an off-line VIPer27HD flyback, providing regulated voltages to the MCU, gate drivers, and signal conditioning.
