AD7484 is a 14-bit, high speed, low power, successive approximation ADC. The AD7484 provides excellent ac and dc performance specifications. Factory trimming ensures high dc accuracy, resulting in very low INL, offset and gain errors.
- Fast throughput rate: 3MSPS at parallel mode 2
- Wide input bandwidth: 40MHz at 3dB
- No pipeline delays with SAR ADC
- Excellent DC accuracy performance
- 2 parallel interface modes, system offset removal via user access offset register
- Low power: 100mW (normal mode (operational)) and 2.5mW (nap mode)
- Single 5V supply operation, internal 2.5V reference
- Pin compatible upgrade of 12bit AD7482
- 48 lead LQFP package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
