ADR3625BRMZ

ADR3625BRMZ is a precision, micropower, high current output voltage reference. Capable of sourcing up to 70mA, this is an exceptional replacement to standard low dropout (LDO) regulators. For high accuracy, the output voltage and temperature coefficient are trimmed during production using the analog devices, Inc., proprietary DigiTrim® technology. The low thermal hysteresis (–7ppm) and low long-term drift (160ppm at 4500Hr) improve system lifetime accuracy. A minimum load capacitance of 0.1μF is required for operation. This is specified over the -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range. Application includes precision power supplies, portable instrumentation, process transmitters, remote sensors, medical instrumentation, and auto battery monitors.

• Output current capacity (typical) is 70mA sourcing/20mA sinking
• Low quiescent current is 65µA, low shutdown current is 1.5μA
• Output voltage noise (0.1Hz to 10Hz) is 3ppm p-p, ±0.04% maximum initial output voltage error
• Maximum input voltage is 16V, typical output voltage is 2.50V (TA is 25°C)
• Low dropout voltage is 0.25V, 1.8V logic compatible
