DC1554A-A is a demo board for the LTM2882 dual isolated RS232 µModule transceiver + Power. Demonstration circuit DC1554A is a dual-isolated RS232 μModule® transceiver with integrated power featuring the LTM®2882. The demo circuit provides 2-channel, 2500VRMS, galvanically isolated RS232 transceiver interface. All components are integrated into the μModule transceiver. The demo circuit operates from external supplies on VCC and VL. The part generates the output voltage VCC2 and communicates all necessary signalling across the isolation barrier using LTC’s isolation μModule technology.

• Input supply range from 3 to 3.6V at TA = 25°C (LTM2882-3)
• 5V typ output voltage at ILOAD = 100mA, TA = 25°C (LTM2882-3)
• 100Kbps maximum data rate at RL = 3K, CL = 2.5nF, TA = 25°C
• 560VpK maximum working insulation voltage at GND to GND2, TA = 25°C
• 30KV/μs common mode transient immunity
