MAX1031BETI+

The MAX1031BETI+ is a 10bit, 16-channel serial ADC with FIFO, temperature sensor and internal reference in 28 pin TQFN package. This low power device has on-chip FIFO, scan mode, internal clock mode, internal averaging and AutoShutdown™ function. It has internal track and hold (T/H) circuitry that supports single ended and fully differential inputs. Data is converted from an internal temperature sensor or analogue voltage sources in a variety of channel and data acquisition configurations. The maximum sampling rate is 300Ksps using an external clock. All input channels are configurable for single ended or differential inputs in unipolar or bipolar mode. It operates from 3V supply and contains 10MHz SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE compatible serial ports. It is used in system supervision, data acquisition systems, industrial control systems, patient monitoring, instrumentation and data logging.

• 16 entry first-in/first-out (FIFO) and PSRR of ±0.2mV (VDD = 2.7V to 3.6V, full scale input)
• Internal temperature sensor (±0.7°C accuracy)
• Low power single 3V operation (1mA at 300Ksps)
• Internal 2.5V reference or external differential reference
• ±1LSB integral nonlinearity and ±1LSB differential nonlinearity (no missing codes over temperature)
• Offset error of ±0.5LSB and gain error of ±0.5LSB
• 2400μA (temp sense), 1750μA (fS=300Ksps) and 0.2μA (shutdown) supply current with internal reference
• Full power bandwidth (-3dB point) of 1MHz and full linear bandwidth (S/(N + D) <gt/> 68dB) of 100KHz
