MAX6029EUK33+T

The MAX6029EUK33+T is an ultra low power precision series voltage reference in 5 pin SOT-23 package. The maximum initial accuracy of 0.15% and maximum temperature coefficient of ±30ppm/°C make the device suitable for precision applications. This series mode voltage reference sources up to 4mA and sinks up to 1mA of load current. The Ultra low 7.25µA (maximum) supply current makes this device ideal for battery operated systems. An internal compensation capacitor in this device eliminates the need for an external compensation capacitor and ensures stability with load capacitances up to 10µF.

• Low dropout voltage of 200mV(maximum) at 4mA IOUT
• Load regulation of 0.1µV/µA at 4mA IOUT
• Line regulation of 30µV/V at 3.5V to 12.6V
• Stable with capacitive loads up to 10µF
• Long term stability is 150ppm per 1000 hours at +25°C
• Noise voltage is 56µVP-P at 0.1Hz to 10Hz
