MAX6138BEXR50+T

The MAX6138BEXR50+T is a precision two terminal shunt voltage reference in 3 pin SC-70 package. This shunt mode band gap voltage reference is ideal for space critical applications. The laser trimmed resistors ensure precise initial accuracy of 0.2% with 4ppm/°C temperature coefficient. The MAX6138B has 54μA minimum shunt operating current capability with low dynamic impedance which ensures stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy over a wide range of operating temperatures and currents. This device does not require an external stabilizing capacitor while ensuring stability with capacitive loads and it is a higher precision device in a smaller package.

• Fixed reverse breakdown voltage of 5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Low wideband output noise of 80μVrms (10Hz to 10KHz, IR = 10μA)
• Reverse dynamic impedance of 0.5ohm (IR = 1mA, f = 120Hz, IAC = 0.1IR)
