MAX9647AUK+T

The MAX9647AUK+T is a general-purpose, low voltage, tiny pack comparator in 5 pin SOT-23 package. It is drop-in, pin for pin compatible replacement for the LMX331. Advantages of the IC include low supply voltage, small package and low cost. It also offer a wide supply voltage range, wide operating temperature range, competitive CMRR and PSRR, response time characteristics, input offset, low noise, output saturation voltage, input bias current and RF immunity. Typical application includes mobile communications, notebooks and PDAs, battery-powered electronics, general-purpose portable devices and general-purpose low voltage applications.

• Supply voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V
• No phase reversal for overdriven inputs
• Input common-mode voltage range includes ground
• Input offset voltage is 0.4mV at 2.7V operation
• Input bias current is ±0.0003nA, Input offset current is ±0.0003nA at 2.7V operation
• Voltage gain is 500V/mV at 2.7V operation
• Supply current is 52μA
• Output saturation voltage is 25mV at 2.7V operation and ISINK ≤ 1mA
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
