The TSC428CBA+ is a dual power MOSFET driver in 8 pin NSOIC package. The dual monolithic power MOSFET designed to translate TTL inputs to high voltage/current outputs. The TCS428 contains one inverting section and one non inverting section. Delay times are nearly independent of VDD. High current output drivers rapidly charge and discharge the gate capacitance of the even the largest power MOSFETs to within millivolts of the supply rail. This produces the power MOSFET's minimum ON resistance. The TSC428's high speed minimizes power losses in switching power supplies and DC to DC converters. It is also used in motor controllers, pin diode drivers and charge pump voltage inverters.
