ACPL-244-500E

The ACPL-244-500E from Avago is a surface mount AC input quad channel half pitch phototransistor optocoupler in 16 pin SO package. Optocoupler contains 2 light emitting diodes connected inversely parallel and optically coupled to 4 separate phototransistors. This optocoupler is widely used at I/O interface for programmable controllers, computers, sequence controllers, system appliances and signal transmission between circuits of different potentials and impedances.

• Current transfer ratio CTR of 20% (min) at IF = ±1mA, VCE = 5V)
• High input-output isolation voltage of VISO = 3000Vrms
• Non saturated response time tr is 2μs (typ) at VCC = 10V, IC = 2mA, RL= 100 ohm
• CMR of 10KV/μs (typical)
• IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-2 and cUL approved
• Forward current If of 50mA
• Isolation voltage of 3KV
