PI3C3306UEX is a high-bandwidth, hot-insertion, 2-bit, 2-port bus switch with individual enables. When enabled via the associated bus enable (active-low BE) pin, the “A” pin is directly connected to the “B” pin for that particular gate. The bus switch introduces no additional propagation delay or additional ground bounce noise. The PI3C3306 device has active LOW enables. It is very useful in switching signals that have high bandwidth (>400MHz). Applications include high bandwidth data switching, hot docking.

- 5ohm switches connect inputs to outputs
- Permits hot insertion, 5V I/O tolerant
- DC output current is 120mA
- 0.5W power dissipation
- Switch on resistance is 5ohm typ at VCC=min, VIN=0.0V, ION=48mA or 60mA
- Quiescent power supply current is 260µA typ at VIN=GND or VCC, VCC=max
- Propagation delay is 0.25ns max at CL=50pF, RL=500 ohm
- 8-pin, mini small outline package (MSOP)
- Ambient temperature with power applied range from -40°C to +85°C
