Key Infineon products used to achieve this performance level includes 600V CoolMOS™ CFD7 superjunction (SJ) MOSFET (IPA60R280CFD7), advanced EiceDRIVER™ 2EDN dual-channel gate driver (2EDN7524F), OptiMOS™ 5 80V synchronous rectification MOSFET (BSC026N08NS5), XMC™ microcontroller (XMC4200-F64K256 BA) and CoolSET™ bias converter fly back controller with switch (ICE3RBR4765JZ). Target applications are server SMPS, industrial SMPS and industrial battery chargers.
