EVAL2EDL23N06PJTOBO1 is an evaluation-board for 600V half bridge gate driver IC. This gate driver evaluation-board was developed to show the functionalities and key features of 2EDL23N06PJ 600V half bridge gate driver IC with LS-SOI technology to control MOS-transistors like the IPL60R199CP CoolMOS™ CP. Suitable for home appliances, motor control and drives, industrial heating and welding, Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and solar energy systems applications.

• Short circuit protection by shunt measurement incl. status LED (/FAULT) and latch
• Current measurement with operational amplifier and individual control circuits for both outputs
• Filtered detection of under voltage supply, all I/P clamped by diode, offline gate clamping function
• Bootstrap functionality for high side switch by using an internal ultra-fast bootstrap diode
• Deadtime and interlock function integrated in the EiceDRIVER™
• Connector for 15V supply, reset, high voltage supply, external load
• Onboard voltage regulator for 5V supply
• Status LED for 15V supply/FAULT state
• Split DC link capacitor
• Ultra fast bootstrap diode, improved energy efficiency
