MAX11647EUA+

The MAX11647EUA+ is a low power, 1-channel/2-channel, 10bit analogue to digital converter (ADC) in 8 pin µMAX package. It has internal track/hold (T/H), voltage reference, clock and an I2C compatible 2-wire serial interface (400KHz fast mode and 1.7MHz high speed mode). The device operates from single supply of 2.7V to 3.6V. AutoShutdown powers down the devices between conversions and reduces supply current to less than 1µA at lower throughput rates. It measures two single ended or one differential input. The fully differential analogue inputs are software configurable for unipolar or bipolar and single ended or differential operation. The full scale analogue input range is determined by internal reference or by an externally applied reference voltage ranging from 1V to VDD. The MAX11647 has 2.048V internal reference. It is used in battery powered test equipment, power supply monitoring, solar powered remote systems, received signal strength indicators and system supervision.

• Relative accuracy of ±1LSB and DNL of ±1LSB (no missing codes over temperature)
• Offset error of ±1LSB and offset error temperature coefficient of 0.3ppm/°C (relative to FSR)
• Gain error of ±1LSB and gain temperature coefficient of 0.3ppm/°C (relative to FSR)
