MP-K7805-500R3 is a MP-K78xx-500R3 series non isolated board mount DC/DC converter. This high efficiency switching regulator is ideal substitutes for LM78xx series three-terminal linear regulators. The converter features high efficiency, low loss, short circuit protection, positive or negative output voltage, and there is no need for a heat sink. This product is widely used in applications such as industrial control, instrumentation and electric power.
- No-load input current as low as 0.2mA
- Supports negative output
- Output short-circuit protection
- Pin-out compatible with LM78XX linear regulators
- 24 (6.5-36)VDC nominal (range) input voltage, 5VDC output voltage and 500mA output current
- 12 (7-31)VDC nominal (range) input voltage, -5VDC output voltage and -300mA output current
- ±0.4% max linear regulation at full load, input voltage range
- 75mVp-p max ripple & noise
- ±0.03 %/°C temperature coefficient
- Operating ambient temperature range from-40°C to +85°C
