BR24A16F-WME2

The BR24A16F-WME2 is a serial EEPROM of I2C bus interface in 8 pin SOP package. A serial EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory) is a non-volatile memory optimized for data retention with I2C bus interface. This serial EEPROM operates at 2.5V to 5.5V making them ideal for battery powered devices.

• Memory size is 16Kbit, memory configuration is 2K x 8bit format and number of pages is 16byte
• Completely conforming to I2C standard & all controls available by serial clock and serial data ports
• Clock frequency is 400KHz
• Page write mode useful for initial value write at factory shipment
• Auto erase and auto end function at data rewrite
• Low current consumption at write operation is 1.2mA, read operation is 0.2mA, standby is 0.1μA at 5V
• Data rewrite up to 1,000,000 times(Ta≦25°C), data kept for 40 years(Ta≦25°C)
• Noise filter built-in SCL / SDA terminal
• Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
