AD5338RBCPZ-RL7 is a nanoDAC® family, low-power, dual, 10bit buffered voltage output digital-to-analogue converter (DAC). It operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply, is guaranteed monotonic by design, and exhibits 0.1% FSR gain error and 1.5mV offset error performance. It also incorporates a power-on reset circuit and an RSTSEL pin that ensures that the DAC outputs power up to zero scale or midscale and remains there until a valid write takes place. It contains a per-channel power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to 4µA at 3V while in power-down mode. It uses a versatile 2-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates up to 400KHz and includes a VLOGIC pin intended for 1.8V/3V/5V logic. Applications include optical transceivers, base station power amplifiers, process controls (programmable logic controller [PLC] I/O cards), industrial automation, data acquisition systems.

- Gain error is ±0.02% of FSR typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V; 1.62V ≤ VLOGIC ≤ 5.5V)
- Total unadjusted error is ±0.01% of FSR typical at (external reference; gain = 2)
- Slew rate is 0.8V/µs typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V; RL = 2Kohm to GND)
- Output voltage settling time is 5µs typical at (¼ to ¾ scale settling to ±2LSB)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, 16-lead LFCSP-WQ package
