AD743JRZ-16-REEL7 is an ultralow noise, precision, FET input, and monolithic operational amplifier. It offers a combination of the ultralow voltage noise generally associated with bipolar input opamps and the very low input current of an FET input device. Furthermore, this device does not exhibit an output phase reversal when the negative common-mode voltage limit is exceeded. It is specifically designed for use as a preamp in capacitive sensors, such as ceramic hydrophones. It is used in applications such as sonar preamplifiers, high dynamic range filters (<gt/>140dB), photodiode and IR detector amplifiers, and accelerometers.

• 4.5MHz typical small signal gain bandwidth at (25°C and ±15Vdc)
• Slew rate is 2.8V/µs typical at (G = -1, 25°C and ±15Vdc)
• Settling time to 0.01% is 6µs typical at (25°C and ±15Vdc)
• Common-mode rejection ratio is 95dB typical at (VCM = ±10V, 25°C and ±15Vdc)
• Input voltage noise is 0.38µV p-p typical at (0.1Hz to 10Hz, 25°C and ±15Vdc)
• Open loop gain is 4000V/mV typical at (VO = ±10V, RLOAD ≥ 2Kohm)
• Operating voltage range from ±4.8V to ±18V, quiescent current is 8.1mA typical
• Total harmonic distortion is 0.0003% typical at (f = 1KHz, G = -1, 25°C and ±15Vdc)
• Input bias current is 250pA typical at (VCM = 10V, 25°C and ±15Vdc)
• Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C, 16-lead WSOIC
