AD8529ARZ-REEL

AD8529 is a rail-to-rail operational amplifier. The low supply current makes the device ideal for battery powered applications. The rail-to-rail output swing of the device is larger than standard video opamps, making it useful in applications that require greater dynamic range than standard video opamps. It is widely used in application such as portable communications, microphone amplifiers, portable phones, sensor interface, active filters, PCMCIA cards, ASIC input drivers, wearable computers, battery-powered devices, voltage reference buffers, personal digital assistants etc.

• Wide bandwidth is 8MHz at (VS = 5V, V− = 0V, VCM = 2.5V, TA = 25°C)
• Low offset voltage is 600μV typ at (VS = 5V, V− = 0V, VCM = 2.5V, TA = 25°C)
• Slew rate is 2.9V/μs typ at (1V <lt/> VOUT <lt/> 4V, RL = 10Kohm)
• Single-supply operation is 2.7V to 12V
• Input bias current is 300nA max at (VS = 5V, V− = 0V, VCM = 2.5V, TA = 25°C)
• Common-mode rejection ratio is 100dB typ at (0V ≤ VCM ≤ 4V, −40°C ≤ TA ≤ +125°C)
• Supply current/amplifier is 600μA typ at (VOUT = 2.5V)
• Voltage noise is 0.5μV p-p typ at (0.1Hz to 10Hz)
• Operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C
• Package style is 8-lead SOIC-N
