AD8652 is a high precision, low noise, low distortion, rail-to-rail CMOS operational amplifier that run from a single-supply voltage of 2.7V to 5.5V. It features the newest generation of DigiTrim® in-package trimming. This new generation measures and corrects the offset over the entire input common-mode range, providing less distortion from VOS variation than typical of other rail-to-rail amplifiers. Offset voltage and CMRR are both specified and guaranteed over the entire common-mode range as well as over the extended industrial temperature range. It is widely used in application such as optical communications, laser source drivers/controllers, broadband communications, high speed ADCs and DACs, microwave link interface, cell phone PA control, video line drivers, audio etc.
- Bandwidth is 50MHz typ at (G = 1)
- Voltage noise density is 4.5nV/√Hz typ at (f = 100kHz)
- Offset voltage is 90μV typ, specified over entire common-mode range
- Slew rate is 41V/μs typ at (G = 1, RL = 10Kohm)
- Rail-to-rail input and output swing
- Input bias current is 1pA typ
- Supply current is 17.5mA typ
- Settling time, 0.01% is 0.2μs typ at (G = ±1, 2V step)
- Operating temperature is –40°C to +125°C
- Packaging style is 8-lead MSOP
