ADA4051-1 is a CMOS, micropower, zero drift operational amplifier utilizing an innovative chopping technique. This amplifier feature rail-to-rail input/output swing and extremely low offset voltage while operating from a 1.8V to 5.5V power supply. In addition, these amplifiers offer high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) while operating with a typical supply current of 13μA per amplifier. This combination of features makes the amplifiers ideal choices for battery-powered application where high precision and low power consumption are important. Application includes pressure and position sensors, temperature measurements, electronic scales, medical instrumentation, battery-powered equipment, handheld test equipment.
- Offset voltage is 2µV (typ, 0V ≤ VCM ≤ 1.8V, TA = 25°C)
- Offset voltage drift is 0.02µV/°C (typ, -40°C ≤ TA ≤ +125°C, VSY = 1.8V)
- Single-supply operation range from 1.8V to 5.5V
- Power supply rejection ratio is 135dB (typ, 1.8V ≤ VSY ≤ 5.5V)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 125dB (typ, 0V ≤ VCM ≤ 1.8V)
- Rail-to-rail input/output, unity-gain stable
- Input voltage range from 0 to 1.8V (-40°C ≤ TA ≤ +125°C)
- Slew rate is 0.04V/µs (typ, RL = 10kohm, CL = 100pF, G = 1)
- Settling time is 120µs (typ, To 0.1%, VIN = 1V p-p, RL = 10kohm, CL = 100pF)
- 5 lead SC-70 package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
