ADA4620-1ARZ is a 36V, precision, low noise, low offset drift, single channel, 16.5MHz JFET op amp with rail-to-rail output. It offers the combination of top precision parameters at speed, and at extended operating range and temperature. The ADA4620 is ideal for high DC precision and AC performance. The specifications make the ADA4620 optimal as a front-end amplifier in a data-acquisition (DAQ) system, or for a TIA circuit with high input impedance. Applications include transimpedance amplifiers, electronic test and measurement, scientific and field instruments, semiconductor test, data acquisition systems, and high impedance sensors.
- No phase reversal, unity-gain stable
- Offset voltage is ±30μV typical at TA=25°C, VCM=(V-) − 0.1V to (V+) – 4.4V
- Offset voltage drift is ±0.32µV/°C typical at -40°C < TA < +125°C, VCM=(V-) − 0.1V to (V+) − 4.4V
- Input bias current is ±0.8pA typical at TA=25°C, VCM=0V
- Input offset current is ±0.1pA typical at VCM=0V, TA=25°C
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 131dB typ at (V-) − 0.1V < VCM < (V+) − 4.4 V, VSY=±18V
- Open-loop voltage gain is 140dB typ at RL=10kohm, VOUT=±17.8V, VSY=±18V
- Power supply rejection ratio is 131dB typ at V-=-0.1V, VCM=0V, V+ stepped from 4.4V to 35.9V
- Slew rate is 30V/μs typ at 10% - 90%, RL=2kohm, VOUT=±5V, AV=+1, VSY=±18V
- 8-lead standard small outline package, -40°C to +125°C temperature range
