MAX9691EUA+

The MAX9691EUA+ is a single, ultra fast, ECL-output comparator with latch enable in 8 pin µMAX package. This comparator is capable of very short propagation delays. Its design maintains the excellent DC matching characteristics and normally found only in slower comparators. It has differential inputs and complementary outputs that are fully compatible with ECL-logic levels. Output current levels are capable of driving 50 ohm terminated transmission lines. The ultra fast operation makes signal processing possible at frequencies in excess of 600MHz. Typically applications are high speed line receivers, peak detectors, threshold detectors and high speed triggers.
