The 18762 is a Scotch-Brite™ D-grey EXL Deburring Wheel suitable for use with FL-AC flange. The convolute wound construction provides long life, consistent results and a controlled action, leading to improved product quality and a reduction in rejects. It produces a true radiused edge without affecting the dimensions of the part, meaning less re-work with a better quality finish first time. It is used for the applications like deburring drive/piston rods prior to chroming, turbine blades, flat punched parts, thread guides and machine parts, gear wheels, pressure-moulded and die-cast parts, auto parts, mould and casting seams. It continuously exposes abrasive to the workpiece to produce a consistent finish throughout the life of the product and Will not undercut, gouge, generate flats or distort the workpiece.
