AP2112K-3.3TRG1

AP2112K-3.3TRG1 is a CMOS process low dropout linear regulator with an enable function, the regulator delivers a guaranteed 600mA (minimum) continuous load current. The LDO has an output accuracy of ±1.5% and a very fast loop response providing excellent performance for dealing with line and load transients. The AP2112 includes an auto discharge function that connects the output to the ground via 60 ohm of resistance when the device is disabled. The regulator features low power consumption. Applications includes laptop computer, LCD monitor, portable DVD.

• Maximum output current is 600mA min (VIN = 2.5V, VOUT = 1.182 to 1.218V, TA = +25°C)

• Dropout voltage is 1000mV typ (VIN = 2.5V, IOUT = 10mA, TA = +25°C)

• Line regulation is ±0.1%/V (2.5V ≤ VIN ≤ 6V, IOUT = 30mA, TA = +25°C)
• Quiescent current is 55µA typ (VIN = 2.5V, IOUT = 0mA, TA = +25°C)
• Standby current is 0.01µA typ (VIN = 2.5V, VEN in OFF mode, TA = +25°C)
• RMS output noise is 50µVRMS typ (No load, 10Hz ≤ f ≤ 100KHz, TA = +25°C)
