PAM8303DBSC is a 3W mono filterless Class-D amplifier with high PSRR and differential input that eliminates noise and RF rectification. Its features, like 90% efficiency and a small PCB area, make the PAM8303D Class-D amplifier ideal for cellular handsets. The filterless architecture requires no external output filter, fewer external components, less PCB area and lower system costs, and simplifies application design. Applications include cellular phones/smart phones, MP4/MP3, GPS, digital photo frame electronic, dictionary portable game, machines.

• 3W at 10% THD output with a 4ohm load at 5V supply
• Demanding few external components superior low noise without input supply voltage from 2.8V to 5.5V
• Short circuit protection, thermal shutdown
• Power supply ripple rejection is -63dB typ at f=217Hz, VDD=3.6V, inputs AC-grounded with CIN=1µF
• Quiescent current is 7.5mA typ at R = 8ohm, VDD = 5.0V
• Shutdown current is 0.5µA typ at VDD = 3.0V to 5.0V, VSD = 0.3V
• Output offset voltage is 10mV typ at input AC-ground, VDD = 5V
