The ZXTD4591E6TA is a NPN-PNP complementary medium power Bipolar Transistor Array offers 1 and -1A continuous collector current respectively. It is suitable for MOSFET gate driver, low power motor drive and DC-to-DC converters.
- UL94V-0 Flammability rating
- Low saturation voltage (500mV and -600mV maximum @ 1A for NPN and PNP)
- hFE characterised up to 2A (for NPN and PNP)
- 210mΩ and 355mΩ RSAT @1A for a low equivalent ON-resistance (NPN and PNP)
- Halogen-free, Green device
- -55 to 150°C Operating temperature range
