BU7445SHFV is an input ground sense output full swing CMOS operational amplifier. It has expanded temperature range. This device features low operating supply voltage, low supply current and low input bias current. It is suitable for battery powered equipment and sensor amplifiers. It is widely used in application such as sensor amplifier, portable equipment, battery-powered equipment, consumer equipment etc.
- Low supply current, low operating supply voltage
- Low input bias current, input ground sense, output full swing
- Operating supply voltage is +1.7V to +5.5V
- Supply current is 40µA typical
- Input offset current is 1pA typical
- Input bias current is 1pA typical
- Slew rate is 0.25V/µs typ at (CL=25pF)
