VNQ860SPTR-E is a quad channel high-side driver. It is a monolithic driver realized in ST microelectronics VIPower M0-3 technology, intended to drive any kind of load with one side connected to ground. This device has active current limitation combined with thermal shutdown and automatic restart protect the device against overload. The device automatically turns OFF in case of ground pin disconnection. This driver is especially suitable for applications such as industrial PC peripheral input/output, numerical control machines, drivers for all type of loads (resistive, capacitive, inductive).

- Per-channel thermal shutdown protection and diagnostic
- Short circuit protection on output channels
- Undervoltage and overvoltage shutdown
- CMOS compatible I/Os, very low standby current
- Fast demagnetization of inductive loads at 52VCC
- VCC(AMR) = 41V, case style is PowerSO-10™
- RDS(on) ≤ 0.270 ohm at TJ = 25°C (per channel)
- Very low standby current
