DC2438A

DC2438A is a LTM2894 7.5KVrms isolated USB data transceiver demonstration board. Demonstration circuit 2438A is an isolated USB data transceiver featuring the LTM®2894. The demo circuit features an EMI optimized circuit configuration including an isolated DC-DC converter and printed circuit board layout. All components for data signalling and isolation are integrated into the LTM2894 using LTC’s isolator µModule® technology. The demo circuit operates from a supply on VCC and/or VBUS. The DC-DC converter generates an unregulated isolated output voltage on VCC2 and regulated 5V for USB communication on VBUS2.

• Operating supply range (isolated power input) 4.4V to 45V at TA = 25°C
• Operating supply range (USB bus power input) 4.4V to 5.5V at TA = 25°C
• Low speed data rate is 1.5MBps
• Full speed data rate is 12MBps
• Common mode transient immunity is 50KV/µs
