SHIELDBTS500251TEATOBO1 is a 12V IPS shield for Arduino with four BTS50025-1TEA flexible evaluation board dedicated to drive loads. The BTS50025-1TEA shield for Arduino comes with four samples of BTS50025-1TEA, to drive four different loads. BTS50025-1TEA is the lowest ohmic smart high-side power switch in DPAK available in the market; its typical RDS(ON) is 2.5mohm and it can drive a nominal DC current of up to 24A. Designed for relay and fuse replacement in power distribution and junction boxes, BTS50025-1TEA can drive resistive, capacitive and inductive loads. The shield can be controlled either with the general logic IO-ports of a microcontroller or with a PWM signal generated by a waveform generator.
- Board is compatible with Infineon’s XMC1100 Boot Kit and the Arduino UNO
- Demoboard is able to provide a continuous current of up to 25A to 4 different loads (12V)
- A LED will turn ON to indicate that BTS50025-1TEA is switched ON
- Current feedback measurement on demoboard by Rifb = 1kohm
- O/P voltage, input logic and analogue current feedback can be measured externally with test point
- Each BTS50025-1TEA can be independently controlled from the Arduino digital connector (D9 to D12)
- Test points for each input control, each current sense and each output
- Check BTS50025-1TEA behaviour using PWM signals generated by the Arduino board
- Capture current profiles of the driven loads on the Arduino
- Easy plug of scope probes to monitor signals on the board
