TPA2005D1DRBR

The TPA2005D1DRBR is a 1.4W Mono Class-D Audio Amplifier that requires only three external components. This high efficiency filter-free audio power amplifier features 84% efficiency, -71dB PSRR at 217Hz, improved RF rectification immunity and 15mm² total PCB area that makes the TPA2005D1 ideal for cellular handsets. A fast start-up time of 9ms with minimal pop makes it ideal for PDA applications. In cellular handsets, the earpiece, speaker phone and melody ringer can each be driven by the TPA2005D1. The device allows independent gain control by summing the signals from each function while minimizing noise to only 48μVRMS. This amplifier has short-circuit and thermal protection.
