AD7606BSTZ-4

AD7606-4 is a 16-bit, simultaneous sampling, analogue-to-digital data acquisition system (DAS) with four channels. Each part contains analogue input clamp protection, a second-order antialiasing filter, a track-and-hold amplifier, a 16-bit charge redistribution successive approximation analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), a flexible digital filter, a 2.5V reference and reference buffer, and high speed serial and parallel interfaces. It is widely used in application such as power-line monitoring and protection systems, multiphase motor control, instrumentation and control systems, multiaxis positioning systems, data acquisition systems (DAS) etc.

• True bipolar analogue input range is ±10V, ±5V
• Fully integrated data acquisition solution, differential nonlinearity is ±0.5LSB typ
• Analog input clamp protection, integral nonlinearity is ±0.5LSB typ
• Second-order antialiasing analogue filter, power dissipation is 75mW typ
• On-chip accurate reference and reference buffer, standby mode is 25mW typ
• Signal-to-noise ratio is 95.5dB typ, total harmonic distortion is -107dB typ
• 16-bit ADC with 200kSPS on all channels, oversampling capability with digital filter
• SPI/QSPI™/MICROWIRE™/DSP compatible, 7kV ESD rating on analogue input channels
• Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C
• Packaging style is 64-lead low profile quad flat package [LQFP]
