AD7787BRMZ

AD7787 is a low power, 2-channel 24bit Sigma-Delta ADC. A complete analogue front end for low frequency measurement applications. It contains a low noise 24bit Σ-Δ ADC with one differential input and one single ended input that can be buffered or unbuffered. Typical applications include smart transmitters, battery applications, portable instrumentation, sensor measurement, temperature measurement, pressure measurement, weigh scales and 4 to 20mA loops.

• Power supply: 2.5V to 5.25V operation, normal mode: 75µA max and power-down mode: 1µA max
• RMS noise: 1.1µV at 9.5Hz update rate
• 19.5bit p-p resolution (22bits effective resolution)
• Integral nonlinearity: 3.5ppm typical and ±15ppm of FSR max
• Simultaneous 50Hz and 60Hz rejection
• Internal clock oscillator
• Rail-to-rail input buffer and VDD monitor channel
• 3-wire serial SPI™, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, DSP-compatible and schmitt trigger on SCLK
• 10 lead MSOP package
• Operating temperature range from -40 to 105°C
