AD7823YRZ

AD7823 is a high speed, low power, 8bit A/D converter. The part contains a 4µs typ successive approximation A/D converter, inherent track-and-hold functionality (with a pseudo differential input) and a high speed serial interface that interfaces to most microcontrollers. Typical application includes low power, hand-held portable applications, requiring analogue-to-digital conversion with 8bit accuracy, e.g.: battery-powered test equipment and battery-powered communications systems.

• Microcontroller compatible serial interface
• Optional automatic power-down
• Low power operation: 570µW at 10KSPS throughput rate and 2.9mW at 50KSPS throughput rate
• Analog input range: 0V to VREF and reference input range: 0V to VDD
• 48dB min SINAD, -70dB typ THD at fIN =30KHz, fSAMPLE =133KHz,±0.5LSB max DNL, ±1LSB max gain error
• 8 lead SOIC package
• Operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
