AD8684ARZ is a quad low power, precision (1mV) JFET amplifier featuring excellent speed at low supply currents. Typical application includes portable telecommunications, low power industrial and instrumentation, loop filters, active and precision filters, integrators strain gauge, amplifiers, portable medical instrumentation and supply current monitoring.
- Low supply current is 250µA/amp maximum
- High slew rate: 9V/µs typ
- Gain bandwidth of 3.5MHz typical
- Low offset voltage: 1mV maximum at 25°C
- Low input bias current is 20pA maximum at 25°C
- Common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) is 90dB typical
- Fast settling time
- Unity-gain stable
- 14-lead SOIC-N package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
