AD9631ANZ

AD9631 is a very high speed and wide bandwidth amplifier. This device is unity gain stable. Using a voltage feedback architecture, the exceptional settling time, bandwidth, and low distortion of the device meet the requirements of many applications that previously depended on current feedback amplifiers. Its classical opamp structure works much more predictably in many designs. This characteristics position the device is ideally for driving flash as well as high resolution ADCs. Additionally, the balanced high impedance inputs of the voltage feedback architecture allow maximum flexibility when designing active filters. It is widely used in application such as ADC input driver, differential amplifiers, IF/RF amplifiers, pulse amplifiers, professional video, DAC current to voltage, baseband and video communications, pin diode receivers, active filters/integrators/log amps etc.

• Small signal –3dB bandwidth is 320MHz typ
• Large signal –3dB bandwidth is 175MHz typ
• Second harmonic distortion is −72dBc typ at (20MHz)
• Third-order intercept is 46dBm typ
