ADA4807-2 is a dual channel low noise, rail-to-rail input and output, voltage feedback amplifier. This amplifier combine low power, low noise, high speed, and dc precision to provide an attractive solution for a wide range of applications from high resolution data acquisition instrumentation to high performance battery powered and high component density systems where power consumption is importance. It feature lowest input voltage noise among high speed and offers a wide bandwidth, high slew rate, fast settling time, and excellent distortion performance. This amplifier is widely used in application such as high resolution analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) drivers, portable and battery-powered instruments and systems, high component density data acquisition systems, audio signal conditioning, active filters etc.
- Low input noise is 3.1nV/√Hz at (f = 100kHz with 29Hz 1/f corner)
- Input current noise is 0.7pA/√Hz at (f = 100kHz with 2kHz 1/f corner)
- −3dB bandwidth is 180MHz (G = +1, VOUT = 20mV p-p)
- Slew rate is 225V/μs for 5V step (rise), dynamic power scaling
- Settling time is 47ns to 0.1% for 4V step, operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C
- Input offset voltage is ±125μV, input offset voltage drift is 3.7μV/°C
- Input offset current is 100nA, input offset current drift is 250pA/°C
- Low distortion is −84dBc at (fC = 1MHz, VOUT = 2V p-p)
- Quiescent supply current per amplifier is 1.0mA at ±5V
- Package style is 10-lead lead frame chip scale package [LFCSP-WD]
