ADE7932ARIZ is an isolated energy metering chipset for polyphase shunt meters. It is a isolated, 3-channel sigma-delta analogue-to-digital converter (Σ-Δ ADC) for polyphase energy metering applications that use shunt current sensors. It features two ADCs. One channel is dedicated to measuring the voltage across the shunt when a shunt is used for current sensing. This channel provides a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 67dB over a 3.3KHz signal bandwidth. It is approved by UL recognition 5000V rms for 1 minute per UL 1577, CSA Component Acceptance Notice 5A IEC 61010-1: 300 V rms maximum working voltage, VDE certificate of conformity, DIN V VDE V 0884-10 (VDE V 0884-10):2006-12, VIORM = 846V peak. It is used in applications such as shunt-based polyphase meters, power quality monitoring, solar inverters, process monitoring, protective devices, isolated sensor interfaces, industrial PLCs.

- Computes active, reactive, and apparent energy on each phase and on the overall system
- Total active energy is 0.1% typical at (TTYP = 25°C), single 3.3V supply
- Power quality measurements including total harmonic distortion (THD)
- Flexible I²C, SPI, and HSDC serial interfaces
- Total active energy measurement bandwidth is 3.3KHz typical at (TTYP = 25°C)
- Total reactive power is 0.1% typical at (TTYP = 25°C)
- Signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is 67dB typical at (TTYP = 25°C)

- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 20-lead SOIC-IC package
