ADUM320N0BRZ is a dual-channel digital isolator based on Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air core transformer technology, this isolation components provide outstanding performance characteristics and meet CISPR 32/EN 55032 Class B limits at 5Mbps. This device operates with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 2.25V to 5.5V, providing compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier. It is approved by UL recognition per UL1577, VISO = 5700V rms (SOIC-IC), VISO = 3000V rms, 10,000V peak reinforced surge isolation voltage, 6250V peak reinforced surge isolation voltage. It is used in applications such as inverters, power supplies, industrial field bus isolation, PWM controller signal isolation, and general-purpose multichannel isolation.

- Pulse width is 6.6ns minimum at (TA = 25°C, VDD1 = VDD2 = 5V)
- Data rate is 150Mbps minimum at (TA = 25°C, VDD1 = VDD2 = 5V)
- Propagation delay is 6.2ns typical at (TA = 25°C, VDD1 = VDD2 = 5V)
- Pulse width distortion is 0.3ns typical at (TA = 25°C, VDD1 = VDD2 = 5V)
- Quiescent supply current is 0.63mA typical at (TA = 25°C, VDD1 = VDD2 = 5V)
- Output rise/fall time is 2.5ns typical at (10% to 90%)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 8-lead SOIC package
