LT1212CS#PBF

LT1212 is a quad, single supply precision op-amp. The DC precision of the device eliminates trims in most systems while providing high frequency performance not usually found in single supply amplifiers. This amplifier is specified on single 3.3V, single 5V and ±15V supplies, and only require 1.3mA of quiescent supply current per amplifier. The inputs can be driven beyond the supplies without damage or phase reversal of the output. The minimum output drive is 20mA, ideal for driving low impedance loads. It is used in applications such as 2.5V full-scale 12bit systems: VOS ≤ 0.45LSB, 10V full-scale 16bit systems: VOS ≤ 1.8LSB, active filters, photo diode amplifiers, DAC current-to-voltage amplifiers, battery-powered systems.

• Large-signal voltage gain is 560V/mV typical at (VS = 5V, VCM = 0.5V, VOUT = 0.5V, TA = 25°C)
• Slew rate is 4V/µs typical at (VS = 5V, VCM = 0.5V, VOUT = 0.5V, TA = 25°C)
• Gain-bandwidth product is 13MHz typical at (VS = 5V, VCM = 0.5V, VOUT = 0.5V, TA = 25°C)
• Supply current per amplifier is 1.3mA typical at (VS = 5V, VCM = 0.5V, VOUT = 0.5V, TA = 25°C)
• Settling time is 900ns typical at (0.01%, AV = 1, ∆VO = 2V)
• Operating temperature is -40°C to 85°C, package style is 16-lead NSOIC
