LT2078ACS8#PBF

LT2078ACS8#PBF is a micropower, dual channel, single supply, precision op-amp. Micropower performance of competing devices is achieved at the expense of seriously degrading precision, noise, speed, and output drive specifications. The design effort of the device was concentrated on reducing supply current without sacrificing other parameters. The offset voltage achieved is the lowest on any dual nonchopper stabilized op-amp micropower or otherwise. Offset current, voltage and current noise, slew rate, and gain bandwidth product are all two to ten times better than on previous micropower op-amps. It can be operated from a single supply (as low as one lithium cell or two NiCd batteries). It is used in applications such as battery or solar-powered systems, portable instrumentation, remote sensor amplifiers, satellite circuitry, micropower sample-and-hold, thermocouple amplifiers, and micropower filters.

• Slew rate is 0.07V/µs typ at (AV = 1, VS = ±2.5V, VS = 5V, 0V, VCM = 0.1V, VO = 1.4V, TA = 25°C)
• Gain bandwidth product is 200KHz typical at (fO ≤ 20KHz, VS = 5V, 0V, VCM = 0.1V, VO = 1.4V)
• Supply current per amplifier is 38μA typical at (VS = 5V, 0V, VCM = 0.1V, VO = 1.4V, TA = 25°C)
• Large-signal voltage gain is 1000V/mV typical at (VO = 0.03V to 4V, no Load)
• Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C, 8-lead plastic SOIC package
