LT7930AUK#PBF is a 72V four-switch buck-boost controller for GaN FETs and silicon MOSFETs. The LT7930 is a high-performance, buck-boost switching regulator controller that operates from an input voltage above, below, or equal to the output voltage. The constant-frequency, peak current mode architecture allows a phase-lockable switching frequency of up to 1MHz, while a programmable input or output current loop regulates the average input or output current for accurately supporting battery charging applications. The LT7930 features forced continuous mode (FCM)/pulse-skipping mode operation. It supports multiphase/multi-IC parallel operation for high-power applications. Suitable for industrial and telecom systems, distributed DC power or battery backup systems applications.
