LTC®2217 is a 105Msps sampling 16bit A/D converter designed for digitizing high frequency, wide dynamic range signals with input frequencies up to 400MHz. Typical applications include telecommunications, receivers, cellular base stations, spectrum analysis, imaging systems and ATE.
- 81.3dBFS noise floor and 100dB SFDR
- SFDR <gt/>90dB at 70MHz, 85fsRMS Jitter and 2.75VP-P input range
- 400MHz full power bandwidth S/H and optional internal dither
- Optional data output randomizer and power dissipation of 1.19W
- Single 3.3V supply
- Clock duty cycle stabilizer
- LVDS or CMOS outputs
- Pin compatible with LTC2208
- 64 lead QFN-EP package
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
