LTC2607IDE-1#PBF is a dual, 16bit, 2.7V to 5.5V rail-to-rail voltage output DAC. LTC2607 has built-in high-performance output buffers and is guaranteed monotonic. These parts establish new board-density benchmarks for 16- and 14bit DACs and advanced performance standards for output drive and load regulation in single-supply, voltage-output DACs. The parts use a 2-wire, I²C compatible serial interface. It operates in both the standard mode (clock rate of 100KHz) and the fast mode (clock rate of 400KHz). An asynchronous DAC update pin (LDAC) is also included. It incorporates a power-on reset circuit. During power-up, the voltage outputs rise less than 10mV above zero scale; and after power-up, they stay at zero scale until a valid write and update take place. Applications include mobile communications, process control and industrial automation, instrumentation, and automatic test equipment.

- Multiplying bandwidth is 180KHz typical at (TA = 25°C, REF = 4.096V (VCC = 5V))
- Output voltage noise is 15µVP-P typical at (0.1Hz to 10Hz, TA = 25°C)
- SCL clock frequency is 400KHz maximum at (TA = 25°C, REF = 4.096V (VCC = 5V))
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C, 12-lead plastic DFN package
