MAX14759ETA+T

MAX14759ETA+T is a low-on-resistance, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analogue switch capable of passing bipolar signals that are beyond its supply rails. The low on-resistance and high bandwidth allow use in digital- and analogue-signal switching applications. Applications include industrial measurement systems, instrumentation systems, RS-485 termination switching, CAN bus termination switching, opto-relay replacement, medical systems, ATE systems, audio signal routing and switching.

• Power supply range from 3 to 5.5V
• Analog-signal range from -25 to +25V (switch open or closed)
• High performance, thermal shutdown protection
• On-resistance is 1ohm max at IB=±500mA, VA=±25V
• On-resistance flatness is 2.4mohm at -25V < VA < +25V, IB=±500mA
• High-ESD protection up to 2KV
• Bandwidth (-3dB) is 100MHz typ at RS=50 ohm, RL=50 ohm, VA=1VP-P
• Continuous current through switch is 500mA max at VCC=+3.0V to +5.5V, TA=-40°C to +85°C
• 8 TDFN-EP package
• Temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
