MAX4310EUA+

The MAX4310EUA+ is a high speed, low power video multiplexer amplifier in 8 pin µMAX package. This single supply multichannel amplifier combines high speed operation, low glitch switching and excellent video specifications. It integrates two channel multiplexer with an adjustable gain amplifier optimized for unity gain stability. The 40ns channel switching time and low 10mVp-p switching transients makes it ideal for video switching applications. It has -3dB bandwidth of 280MHz, slew rate up to 460V/µs and it is ideally suited for driving back terminated cables.

• Supply voltage range from ±2V to ±5.25V, 4V to 10.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Amplifier gain is ≥ +1
• Rail to rail output drives 150 ohm to within 730mV of the rails
• Input common mode range includes negative rail
• Differential gain/phase error is 0.06%/0.08°
• Quiescent supply current is as low as 6.1mA
• Low power shutdown mode reduces supply current to 560µA & places outputs in high impedance state
