MAX4452EXK+T

The MAX4452EXK+T is a low cost, +3V/+5V, 620μA, 200MHz, single supply op-amp with rail to rail outputs in 5 pin SC-70 package. The MAX4452 is a single amplifier that combines high speed performance with ultra low power consumption. The device is unity gain stable and achieves a -3dB bandwidth of 200MHz. It consumes only 620μA of supply current per amplifier. This amplifier operates from a +2.7V to +5.25V single supply and feature rail to rail outputs. Along with an excellent speed/power ratio of 323MHz/mA, it features a slew rate of 95V/μs and fast 20ns rise and fall times. It is ideal for low power/ low voltage systems that require wide bandwidth such as cell phones and keyless entry systems.

• Input common mode range extends from VEE - 0.1V to VCC - 1.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Bandwidth for 0.1dB gain flatness is 30MHz
• Input offset voltage is 400μV
• Input bias current is 0.8μA and input offset current is 0.1μA
