EVINVHPD2SICFS0212TOBO1 is an inverter evaluation kit for HybridPACK™ Drive G2 CoolSiC™ G2 automotive power module FS02MR12A8MA2B. Includes gate driver board, phase current sensor and logic board. The HybridPACK™ Drive G2 CoolSiC™ G2 inverter eval kit is designed for B6-bridge xEV main inverter apps. It includes the Infineon power module, HybridPACK™ Drive G2 CoolSiC™ G2 FS02MR12A8MA2B, advanced EiceDriver™ gate drivers, and Xensiv™ current sensors. This supports engineers' design activities and enables quick evaluation and cross-reference tests via open design files. Suitable for automotive applications, (Hybrid) electrical vehicles (H)EV, motor drives, commercial, construction and agricultural vehicles (CAV) applications.
